Features of this Wellness program
The Wellness
Assessment determines your employees state of balance in 12
key areas of their lives. The program then identifies specific
areas they are motivated to change, and guides them in creating
a personalised wellness action plan. Finally, the program provides
valuable tools, resources and services to help the employees reach
their wellness goals and bring more balance into their lives.
Their
personal experience of the Wellness Assessment can be summarised
as a journey consisting of "The Five Steps to Wellness":-
Step 1:
Assessment
Employees complete a lifestyle assessment focusing on all
aspects of their lives in 12 key dimensions of wellness.
Step 2:
Scores
Receive their personal Wellness and Satisfaction Scores for
each of the 12 dimensions of wellness as well as their overall scores.
Discover their strengths as well as the areas of their life which
they are most motivated to change.
Step 3 -
Personal Wellness Action Plan
Create 3-5 simple wellness action steps in the areas they
are most motivated to change. The plan is based on our philosophy
of small steps for continuous improvement.
Step 4 -
Tools to Support Wellness Action Plan
Utilise a suite of tools including E-mail reminders, Personal Wellness
Journal, Self-Study Center, and the Wellness Resource Centers to
help them successfully implement their wellness action steps.
Step 5 -
Resources for Ongoing Wellness
Employees can update their Personal Wellness Action Plans
to reflect their successes and their current areas of lifestyle
focus. After six months they can retake the assessment to monitor
their progress.
