Our Wellness Trainings: Wellness Inventory Licensee© This training provides in-depth personal experience and practical knowledge of the Wellness Inventory as an assessment tool. The goal of the training is to create competence in delivering the program to your individual and/or corporate clients. The Wellness Inventory is a holistic assessment and life-balance program that focuses on the whole person in 12 key dimensions of wellness. It is designed to help your clients gain personal insight into their state of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness. Wellness Coach© Our Wellness Coach Training provides unique wellness coaching skills, set to maximise the individual's effectiveness in creating change in your clients' lives. The goal of this training is to create competence in delivering wellness coaching to both individual and corporate clients. Our training is in conjunction with the Institute of Life Coach Training (ILCT) in the US and accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF). You will learn how to strategically use your coaching skills to maximise the effectiveness of the Wellness Inventory in helping your clients achieve their goals. Pre-requisite: Wellness Inventory Licensee© training. Corporate Laughter Facilitator This training is unique and offers your employees numerous benefits. Once you experienced a Laughter Yoga session in the workplace - why not consider carrying on the positive benefits? This can be achieved through an In-House Laughter Facilitator. This training is offered trough Laughter for Africa - a community based project of Sanga Wellness. |
