Our Wellness Services:

Wellness Assessment: Our Assessment is an unique holistic assessment tool and life-balance program designed to help gain personal insight into your present state of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. The Wellness Assessment is applicable to individuals, groups and the corporate environment. Our Personality Profiling is based on language and behavioural responses and it is tailored to each situation and structured to allow us to understand how people get motivated, how they process information and they make decisions.
Wellness Coaching: "When training is combined with coaching, individuals increased their productivity by an average of 88% as compared to 22% with training alone."- Public Personnel Management, 1997 study. Our Wellness Coaching is another flag-ship service offering - available individually or in a group.
Wellness Consulting: Our Wellness Programs and Solutions are customised to the client’s specific needs and the cost is determined by the scope of the program that we develop together. Our Consulting begins with a Corporate Wellness Assessment, which forms the basis of our wellness interventions. We offer an array of unique Wellness interventions and solutions, tailor-made according to the initial wellness assessment.

Wellness Interventions and Solutions: We offer an array of unique Wellness Interventions and Solutions tailor made to the client's needs. These solutions include wellness seminars and workshops, implementing wellness tools and wellness products, designing and establishing in-house wellness rooms, wellness coaching and incentives etc.

Wellness Training: We offer wellness seminars and workshops based on 'WOW-Wellness Experience (Wheel of Wellness). WOW is a powerful and life transforming process to awaken the individual to their optimum wellness. Our trainings are effective, unique, highly interactive and is customised to suite the individual and/or corporate client's specific wellness requirements.
