Phase 1
Phase 2 Complete the Wellness Inventory (WI). The WI provides an overdue of the company’s present state of wellness of all the employees and their readiness for change. It is online assessment tool with several innovative features. This wellness assessment is based on a multi-dimentional approach to wellness. Phase 3 The outcome of the WI determines your company’s individualised Wellness Plan and the implementation thereof. The Wellness Plan is geared towards Awareness, Education, Behavioural Changes and Cultural Enhancement. Phase 4 Our Wellness Interventions and Solutions are unique and are based on a whole person perspective. Some of our Interventions are:
Phase 5 One of our unique wellness offerings is the concept of Motivation. We believe that wellness can only be achieved through behavioural changes. To bring about the desired behavioural changes we have implemented a comprehensive Incentive Program. The Incentive program motivates and rewards healthy behaviours, which leads to reduced health care costs. Phase 6 The Monitoring and Evaluation of the Wellness Program is for us a key factor. Each employee’s participation is monitored throughout the program. Inluded in the program, is a re-assessment of all employees after six months.
