Complete the Wellness Inventory (WI). The WI provides an
overdue of the companys present state of wellness of all the
employees and their readiness for change. It is online assessment
tool with several innovative features. This wellness assessment
is based on a multi-dimentional approach to wellness.
Phase 3
The outcome of the WI determines your companys individualised
Wellness Plan & Programme and the implementation thereof.
The Wellness Plan is geared towards Awareness, Education, Behavioural
Changes and Cultural Enhancement.
Phase 4

Phase 5
One of our unique wellness offerings is the concept of Motivation.
We believe that wellness can only be achieved through behavioural
changes. To bring about the desired behavioural changes we have
implemented a comprehensive Incentive Program. The Incentive program
motivates and rewards healthy behaviours, which leads to reduced
health care costs.
Phase 6
The Monitoring and Evaluation of the Wellness Programmes
is a key factor for us . Each employees participation is monitored
throughout the program. Included in the program, is a re-assessment
of all employees after six months.
