Phase 1

Phase 2
Complete the Wellness Inventory (WI). The WI provides an overdue of the company’s present state of wellness of all the employees and their readiness for change. It is online assessment tool with several innovative features. This wellness assessment is based on a multi-dimentional approach to wellness.

Phase 3
The outcome of the WI determines your company’s individualised Wellness Plan & Programme and the implementation thereof. The Wellness Plan is geared towards Awareness, Education, Behavioural Changes and Cultural Enhancement.

Phase 4
Our Wellness Programmes, Interventions and Solutions are unique and are based on a whole person perspective. Our Wellness Programmes are called: Wellness-in-a-Box

1. Wellness Assessment of Employees Only - 12 Months.
2. Wellness Program without Coaching - 12 Months.
3. Full Turnkey Wellness Program with Coaching - I2 Months.

Phase 5

Phase 6
The Monitoring and Evaluation of the Wellness Programmes is a key factor for us . Each employee’s participation is monitored throughout the program. Included in the program, is a re-assessment of all employees after six months.
